Terms of Use

Updated November 5, 2026. These terms cover the Omnia iPhone app and omnialife.app. By using Omnia, you agree to them.

Who we are

Omnia is run by [OWNER LEGAL NAME] ("we" or "us").

Who can use Omnia

You must be 16 or older.

Subscription and free trial

• Omnia needs a subscription. There are two plans: $39.99 a year or $7.99 a month, in US dollars. Prices may differ in other countries.
• The yearly plan starts with a 7-day free trial. The monthly plan has no free trial. You can get the free trial once.
• Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm, or when the free trial ends.
• If you buy a plan during your free trial, the rest of the trial ends.

Auto-renew and cancelling

• Your plan renews on its own at the same price unless you turn off auto-renew at least 24 hours before the current period ends.
• Renewal is charged within the 24 hours before the period ends.
• To avoid being charged after the free trial, cancel at least 24 hours before it ends. If you allow notifications, the app reminds you on day 5.
• Cancel anytime in your iPhone's Settings: tap your name, then Subscriptions, then Omnia. Deleting the app does not cancel your plan.
• When you cancel, you keep access until the end of the period you paid for.
• Apple handles payments and refunds for App Store purchases. Ask Apple for a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
• If the price goes up, Apple tells you before it applies to you.

Wellness only, not medical advice

Omnia is for everyday wellness: planning, tracking and habits. It is not a medical device, and it does not diagnose, treat or prevent any condition. Days free counters are a tracking tool, not a treatment program.

Talk to a doctor before you change your exercise, diet or sleep, or if you are worried about your health or a habit. In an emergency, call 911. If you are in crisis in the US, call or text 988.

Outfit, scent, routine and brief suggestions come from rules and on-device AI. They can be wrong. Use your own judgment, especially with weather, workouts and anything you put on your skin.

Your content

What you enter is yours: your answers, check-ins, counters, notes and HQ name. It is stored on your phone, and we cannot see it. That also means we cannot get it back if you delete the app or lose your phone. You can export or delete it in Settings.

Health data you allow from Apple Health stays on your phone. If you share a card from the app, you are responsible for what you share.

Acceptable use

Do not:

• use Omnia to break the law or to harm or harass anyone;
• copy, sell, rent or share the app or its content;
• reverse engineer the app, except where the law allows it;
• try to get around the subscription, security or limits;
• use bots or scrapers on omnialife.app.

Our app

We own the app, its design, rules and text. We give you a personal license to use it on Apple devices you own or control, while your subscription is active and as Apple's Usage Rules allow. You cannot transfer this license.

Apple

If you got Omnia from the App Store:

• These terms are between you and us, not Apple. We, not Apple, are responsible for the app and its content.
• Apple has no duty to support or maintain the app.
• If the app fails a warranty that applies, you can tell Apple, and Apple may refund the purchase price. Apple has no other warranty duty for the app.
• We, not Apple, handle any claims about the app. That includes product liability claims, claims that the app breaks a law, and claims that it breaks someone's intellectual property rights.
• You confirm that you are not in a country under a US government embargo and are not on a US government list of restricted parties.
• You must follow any third-party terms that apply when you use the app.
• Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and can enforce them against you.

Other services

Weather comes from Apple Weather. Calendar, Reminders and Health are Apple services on your phone. Their own terms apply to them.

No warranty

Omnia is provided as is. As far as the law allows, we do not promise that it will be free of errors, always available, or that it will get you any result.

Limits on liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost data, profits or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim is limited to what you paid for Omnia in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow these limits, so they may not apply to you.

Ending

You can stop using Omnia anytime. To stop paying, cancel in Settings. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. The sections on your content, no warranty, limits on liability and law still apply after that.

Changes

We may update these terms. When we do, we change the date at the top, and we tell you in the app before big changes take effect. If you keep using Omnia after that, the new terms apply. If you do not agree, cancel and stop using it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of [STATE], USA, not counting its conflict of law rules. Disputes go to the state or federal courts in [STATE], but either side can use small claims court. Any consumer rights you have where you live still apply.
